En las propuestas que el presidente Felipe Calderón prometió enviar al Congreso para realizar una reforma política, pretende pedir menos plurinominales. Definitivamente, los diputados y senadores plurinominales no han servido de mucho al país, sólo a los partidos políticos y a los gobiernos federal, estatales y municipales para ubicar a sus “personajes clave”. Para el pueblo, nada. En muchas partes del mundo, las minorías son representadas en los congresos, pero en México ha sido un abuso ya que el 40% de los legisladores no son electos por el pueblo, sino por las élites de poder. Calderón pide reducir su número. Si tenemos que vivir con los legisladores plurinominales, entonces que sean electos en una lista y que tengan legitimidad democrática. Esto quiere decir que los que más votos tengan mayores posibilidades tienen de ser legisladores. Además, tener sólo 50 legisladores plurinominales o cuando mucho 100 sería un ahorro substancial. Hay que buscar un país mas democrático.
PODEROSOS CABALLEROS.- Uff, una buena noticia entre muchas malas en materia económica. El viernes se dio a conocer que el riesgo país de México, medido a través del Indice de Bonos de Mercados Emergentes (EMBI+) de J.P. Morgan, se ubicó en 169 puntos base, una disminución de 10 unidades respecto del nivel del pasado 27 de noviembre. El nivel mínimo histórico del riesgo país de México es de 71 puntos, el 1 de junio de 2007, y el máximo es de 624 puntos, el 24 de octubre de 2008. * Con presupuesto de 20 millones de dólares México participará en la Exposición Universal de Shanghai 2010 con el fin de fomentar inversiones chinas en el país. Según Eduardo Seldner, comisario general del pabellón de México en la exposición, Bimbo de Roberto Servitje y Maseca de Roberto González, están interesados en ser patrocinadores. La exposición estará abierta entre mayo y octubre del año próximo. * El gobernador de Veracruz, Fidel Herrera Beltrán, se reunió para analizar proyectos de inversión con Roberto González Barrera, presidente de los consejos de administración de los grupos Maseca y Banorte, así como con el de Tenaris Tamsa, Paolo Rocca. Fidel les garantizó que se construirá la carretera que unirá al puerto de Veracruz con la zona industrial del municipio.
RSC.- Nestlé México en conjunto con Pronatura Veracruz y con apoyo del Municipio de Coatepec, puso en marcha el proyecto “Reforestación del Predio La Granada”, con la finalidad de contribuir a la restauración del predio mediante la siembra de flora nativa típica de la región en zonas degradadas, y restaurar así la cuenca del Río Gavilanes, en el Estado de Veracruz.
CHIQUILLERIA.- Telcel, que dirige Daniel Hajj, podrá cobrar a Axtel, de Tomás Milmo, 29 millones de dólares, según sentencia de un juez que ordenó a Cofetel dejar sin efecto resolución de Agosto de 2006. Esto sería el Equivalente a las tarifas de interconexión pendientes de pago. Axtel descartó que amparo de Telcel la afecte resolución de tarifas de terminación de llamadas.
